The
best weight loss programs are not extreme calorie restriction diets
(known so that the issue can be eaten as a juice , grapefruit juice ,

One

start with the "breakfast of energy for weight loss . " Nice breakfast

At first glance, the idea of " oats " can be a crossroads. It's
been for me, but I have found that the combination of these ingredients

1 tablespoon protein powder whey (Make sure there are no additives or sweeteners . )
Coconut oil 1 tsp (pure , unrefined )
1 tablespoon honey
¼ cup raisins / chopped apples and sliced ½ medium banana
¾ teaspoon cinnamon ( Korintje Indonesia recommended)
¾ teaspoon cocoa powder (no added sweetener or hydrogenated oils)
Open the hot water to a boil and slowly stir in about 1 cup containers. Content should be slightly thick . Let stand for about 5 minutes , stir and eat.
Now you have the original " Weight Loss Power Breakfast . " Try it and see if it works for you.
