How to Burn Body Fat by Eating Meat

One of the most common misconceptions when considering how to burn body fat is that you shouldn't be eating meat. Even worse, this line of reasoning often drives people to eat soy products, which is probably worse for weight loss than not eating any protein. Here are some dos and don'ts in protein consumption for weight loss.
Do: Eat Animal Protein, unless You're Morally Opposed
Unless eating animal protein is an ethical judgment on your part, you should definitely eat it. Eating meat increases your metabolism, and the more red your meat is, the better. This sounds backwards to many people, so it demands a little explanation.
Most of the negative talk about eating meat is based on commercially produced meat. The ideas that it's not very digestible, that it will cause you to gain weight and that it clogs your arteries are all applicable to the average cut of meat, but not to organic meat. These issues are all centered on how the animal is raised.
If an animal is grain fed, confined in a pen, injected with growth hormones and antibiotics, you get these problems. The carbs from the grain are stored in the fat, and the fat isn't burned because they're not free range.
They're injected with growth hormones to keep up milk production, and antibiotics because the hormones make them sick. The hormones make you gain weight, and the antibiotics kill the digestive flora that breaks down the meat. Organic meat has none of these things, and is perfectly healthy.
Don't Consume Dairy Products
There aren't many things worse than consuming dairy products while you're trying to lose weight. In fact, if you can help it, you shouldn't consume them at all. The amount of protein in dairy pales in comparison to how many carbs it has.
It's not even a "good source of calcium," as the Dairy Council would have you believe. Thanks to pasteurization, the calcium in milk, cheese and other dairy products is insoluble. It just passes through your system. You get more soluble calcium through vegetables than milk.
Do: Eat Nuts if You're Morally Opposed to Eating Meat
If you're morally opposed to eating meat, even the organic, free-range kind, you should step up how much nuts you eat. They should be organic and unroasted, though. Even the nut butters, like peanut butter or Nutella, should be organic and unroasted.
Don't: Eat Soy Products
Soy products get a lot of hype for supposedly being healthy. Really, they aren't too bad, as long as you don't have a weight loss goal. The problem with soy is that it has precursors for estrogen. If you're a woman, this may not seem like a problem, but it is.
Ever wonder why women have a harder time losing weight than men? It's because of estrogen. This hormone is in place to  on with the ultimate purpose of childbearing. It handicaps your weight loss goal
